Butterfinger Protein Smoothie Recipe
If you happen to like “Butterfinger Candy Bars”…then this smoothie is super yummy… almost good enough for a delicious dessert and the kids will love it too! I use this smoothie for a Meal Replacement Shake for Breakfast and/or Lunch. Only about 200 Calories, 6g fiber, 16g protein, 16g of sugar, 3g fat and 24 carbs…all natural and nutritious drink. You get the nutrition you need to stay active and energized without feeling hungry for less than three bucks! …Sure beats stopping at McDonalds for a Egg McMuffin and a Coffee and I have a feeling you’ll feel better and have more energy and won’t be hungry in a couple hours and maybe even save some money by having a delicious Butterfinger Smoothie! Here’s what you need:
8 oz. almond milk 0r (Fat-Free Milk, Soy Milk, or Rice Milk)
1 tsp Peanut Butter* or 2 : )
1 Tbsp. Sugar-Free Butterscotch Instant Pudding
6-8 Ice Cubes
- (Optional: smash up a Butterfinger Candy Bar and sprinkle a little on top)
Pour Milk of Choice in your Vitamix Blender first, then add the rest of ingredients and Blend until Smooth. If you’re taking your Butterfinger Smoothie on the go…pour it into your Shaklee Blender Bottle so you can shake it up more as needed and not spill it all over yourself or your car.
*NOTE: I like to use: PB2 Peanut Butter …and if you are a peanut butter fan, you definitely need to try this PB2! It has 85% less calories…all natural with no artificial flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives and tastes just as good, if not better than the peanut butter you use now and is perfect for adding to your smoothies recipes!!
