Is High Cholesterol linked to Menopause and “Hot Flashes”?

“I started taking the Cholesterol Regulation Complex a couple of years ago when my Dr. wanted to put me on meds because my cholesterol kept creeping up. I reminded him that menopause (which I am going through) will cause cholesterol to increase.

I also said NO to the meds and started on the Cholesterol Regulation Complex. He was impressed by how fast my numbers improved without the use of meds and wanted me to check back in the next 6 months as well.
